How does it work?
When you sign up with us, you will be matched to an Employment Consultant who will work with you all the way through your journey to employment.
Your Employment Consultant will work one on one with you, assisting you to map out your pathway to employment with an individualised plan which will include your long and short-term goals, training and other support needs.

I work in the dining room at McDonald’s Horsham.
What is your employment achievement?
I have been working at McDonald’s for over 11 years and have moved from casual to part time employment. I have also achieved a Certificate 2 in Retail Operations and continue to study at UB.
