AXIS Employment is excited to announce that we are one of the 84 organisations that have been awarded contracts to deliver the new Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) Program on behalf of the Department of Social Services!
This exciting announcement not only recognises our long-standing commitment to our Participants within the employment services industry, but it also speaks volumes about the quality of support, extensive knowledge, and dedicated staff we have on our team.
The IEA Program replaces the current Disability Employment Services (DES) Program from 1st November 2025 and will provide the platform to continue our mission, working with Participants, employers, and local services to inspire and empower people through employment.
All of our existing offices and outreach sites will be full of the same friendly faces, ready to work closely with each individual, break down barriers, and open doors to a wide range of employment opportunities.
