ParentsNext is a pre-employment program that assists parents with young children to prepare them to enter the workforce.
Meeting in a child-friendly environment, our dedicated ParentsNext Consultants will get to know each participant, identifying their strengths and skills, as well as gaining an understanding of their individual and family circumstances.
Working together, they will discover the education and employment goals of each individual and develop a tailored Participation Plan, which outlines the pathway to achieving those goals.
Their network of education and training providers and local community services will ensure each parent has access to the right combination of tools to help them reach their potential and get them ready for employment.
